Shaftless/shafted screw conveyors are suitable for screenings handling in municipal wastewater treatment plants, residential sewage pretreatment facilities, municipal stormwater and sewage pumping stations, and water treatment plants. They are primarily used in conjunction with equipment such as screens or dewatering machines to transport screenings or dewatered sludge.
· The drive unit employs a shaft-mounted parallel-shaft helical gear reducer, featuring a compact structure and smooth, safe operation;
· The U-shaped trough incorporates an inner lining, offering high wear resistance, extended service life, and easy replacement;
· Conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the auger blades and the motor's rotation, enabling bidirectional conveying;
· Utilizes a wide-channel conveying system to prevent blockages, ensuring reliable operation, low noise, and convenient maintenance.
This equipment employs a continuous trough belt conveyor. Materials are discharged onto the conveyor from a screen or dewatering machine outlet. Driven by an electric motor, the materials are transported by spiral blades from one end to the other. At the terminal end, the conveyor interfaces with a waste cart for subsequent processing.
