This equipment primarily consists of a conical drum, straight drum, screw feeder, differential gear, bearing housing, feeding system, base frame, casing, main and auxiliary motors, and electrical control system. The main motor drives the drum, while the auxiliary motor drives the differential gear pulley, creating a specific speed differential between the screw and the drum. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum, materials undergo continuous separation. The drum and screw rotate at high speed with a defined differential speed. Material enters the screw feed chamber through the feed pipe, accelerates through the distribution holes, and enters the drum. Under centrifugal force, heavier solid phases settle onto the drum wall, forming a sediment layer. The screw pusher continuously conveys the deposited solids toward the conical end of the drum. They pass through the drying zone and are discharged from the machine via the discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, continuously overflowing from the drum's large-end overflow port and exiting the drum through the discharge port in the casing.
