Honeycomb Inclined Tube Packing

·Large wet perimeter with small hydraulic radius;
·Excellent laminar flow conditions, ensuring particle settling unaffected by turbulence;
·When honeycomb packing tube length is 1 meter, optimal effluent quality is achieved with a design effective loading of 3-5 tons/m², and V₀ controlled within 2.5-3.0 mm/s;
·Honeycomb-packed sedimentation tanks offer 3-5 times the treatment capacity of horizontal flow sedimentation tanks and 2-3 times that of accelerated or pulse clarifiers, significantly reducing footprint requirements;
·Minimal sludge generation reduces post-treatment workload such as sludge dewatering; produced sludge exhibits excellent settleability, facilitating subsequent removal of suspended solids.

·Open the honeycomb packing packaging. Lay the first piece of honeycomb packing flat on the ground. Take the second piece of inclined tube packing and place it on top of the first piece. Inspect the cut edges of the honeycomb packing to ensure they form a 60° angle and exhibit a hexagonal honeycomb pattern. After verification, begin soldering the bonding points.
· Solder all flat contact points at both ends of the honeycomb packing. Solder at least four points where the flat surfaces of the two pieces meet on each side. Solder at least four points between the flat surfaces of the two honeycomb packing pieces to ensure a secure bond.
· Maintain a steady soldering rhythm and control the temperature during soldering. Do not omit any soldering points.
· Treat each honeycomb packing package as a separate soldering unit. After soldering, stack neatly on the work surface.
· During breaks, always disconnect the soldering iron power source and store it safely.
