The OJY fully automatic chemical dosing system is widely used as auxiliary equipment in municipal water treatment and sewage sludge processing. It continuously and efficiently performs polymer dissolution and mixing to produce a homogeneous active polymer solution.

This device employs a jet mixer that disperses chemicals or powders using high-velocity water flow: increasing fineness, enhancing contact between chemicals/powders and water, expanding permeation area, and reducing dissolution time. The equipment features a three-tank overflow configuration—preparation, maturation, and dispensing—utilizing gravity and solubility differences to automatically separate dissolved and undissolved components. Low-speed agitators then ensure solution uniformity.
