This equipment employs a rotary mechanism, featuring a rake chain composed of specially shaped plow-shaped rake teeth arranged in a specific sequence and quantity on a horizontal shaft. Depending on the water flow rate, the chain is assembled with varying gaps and installed at the inlet of pump stations or water treatment systems. When the drive unit propels the rake chain upward from the bottom, debris in the water is scooped up by the chain, while liquid flows through the gaps. Upon reaching the upper apex, the chain reverses direction and moves downward. Materials then dislodge from the teeth under their own weight. As the chain completes its reverse cycle to the bottom, it initiates another continuous reciprocating operation. This process continuously removes debris from the water, achieving solid-liquid separation.
