Rotary drum screens are widely applicable in wastewater treatment projects for municipal sewage, industrial effluents, food processing, and papermaking industries. This equipment removes floating scum, short fibers, and suspended solids from water intake points, then discharges them after squeezing and dewatering. Suitable for high-precision treatment, it is ideal for wastewater treatment scenarios requiring smaller screen gaps and shallower channel depths.

This equipment integrates four functions: sewage interception, debris removal, screw lifting, and pressing dewatering. Installed at a 35° angle to the horizontal plane within the channel, wastewater enters the drum through its inlet port. Water flows out through the grating slats on the drum's side, where suspended solids and floating debris are intercepted within the drum. The drum rotates at a constant speed. Above the drum, nylon brushes and flushing water nozzles remove the screenings, which are then discharged via the screw conveyor. After dewatering and pressing, the screenings are unloaded into containers or subsequent transport equipment. The entire process is clean and odor-free.
Technical Requirements:
1. Channel width and depth must be level, with dimensional tolerances not exceeding 10mm.
2. This equipment shall be secured on-site using expansion bolts.
