Micro Drum Filter
The equipment's intercepting screen employs a 10-100μm 316L stainless steel mesh, which encases the rotating drum to form an integrated unit. When water enters the drum, the automatic control system activates the drive system to rotate the drum while simultaneously starting the backwash pump. The drum begins slow rotation. Under the combined effects of gravity and centrifugal force, clear water flows out through the lower rotating filtration surface, while suspended solids are intercepted by the mesh and transported to the upper rotating section. The backwash pump draws filtered effluent to perform backwashing from the outer to inner surface of the upper mesh.
is collected in the equipment's internal independent sludge discharge channel and expelled through the discharge pipe. Filtration continues normally during backwashing. The equipment operates as a fully automatic continuous filtration system and will automatically stop when no water passes through. Backwash water utilizes filtered water, with a flow rate of 1-15 m³/h and a water pressure of 0.6 MPa.
