Micro Drum Filter

9.  Low Backwash Water Consumption: Impurities do not easily accumulate on the filter screens and are easily removed by high-pressure backwash water. The backwash water is sourced from the filtered effluent, with a consumption rate of only 0.3% of the treated water volume—far lower than the 3%–5% consumption of similar filters. This reduces the burden of treating backwash wastewater.

1. Main Equipment
The drum-type precision filter housing is constructed from 304 stainless steel, incorporating key components such as the central inlet pipe, filter drum, synchronous gears, rotating bearings, and seals. An independent sludge discharge channel is installed at the upper end inside the drum. All main components are fabricated from 304 stainless steel.
2. Reduction System
Each filtration unit's drive assembly comprises a drive motor, gears, and drum support wheels. The reducer utilizes SEW, Nord, or other reputable domestic brands.
3. Backwash System
· The backwash system includes a backwash pump, flushing water pipes, nozzle system, sludge collection trough, and drainage pipeline;
· The backwash system functions by using the pump to draw filtered liquid and spray high-pressure umbrella-shaped water jets to flush the filter screen from the outside in, thoroughly removing suspended solids accumulated on the screen surface;
· Backwash pumps utilize Grundfos, NANFANG pumps, or equivalent well-known brands.
4. Precision Filter Screen
· Filter mesh aperture: 10–100 μm (select corresponding precision mesh based on inlet water quality)
· Material: 316L stainless steel
· Manufactured with internationally leading stabilization technology and unique processes
· Filter module: Independent mesh sheets for easy disassembly and maintenance;
Filtration module: Large-area molded filter mesh increases filtration surface area and accelerates filtration speed.
5. Control System
· The ARZ drum-type precision filtration equipment implements variable frequency control for drum operation. Siemens PLC control with industrial Ethernet enables remote monitoring and control of equipment operation according to process design requirements.
· Control cabinet features a rainproof stainless steel design with built-in touchscreen.
