Inclined Screen Solid-Liquid Separator

Wastewater first enters through the inlet pipe, overflows into the trough, and then passes through the fine mesh surface of the hydraulic screen to filter out floating matter and solid suspended solids. Under the combined action of water flow and gravity, these materials gradually slide down into the collection tank. The wastewater then flows through the gaps of the wedge-shaped fine screen into the bottom of the hydraulic screen, exiting through the outlet to proceed to subsequent wastewater treatment processes.
