·Strong stirring force, no sludge accumulation: A strong mixing effect is formed in the entire aeration tank, keeping the activated sludge in a suspended state, and also preventing sludge accumulation at the bottom of the aeration tank.

 Our company's newly developed aerator is a highly efficient gas-liquid mixer designed based on fluid dynamics principles. A large flow of compressed air is directly fed into the gas-liquid mixer through a large-diameter air supply pipe. After passing through a guide, the airflow rises in a spiral shape and encounters the wedge-shaped material inside the mixer, where it is broken into microbubbles. These microbubbles then mix thoroughly with the sucked-in liquid inside the mixer before being spirally ejected out of the gas-liquid mixer, forming a circulating flow around the mixer. This increases the residence time of the microbubbles in the water, thus greatly improving oxygen utilization and ensuring that the supplied air and activated sludge in the tank achieve optimal mixing and the longest possible residence time.
