Internal Inlet Drum Filter
Rotary Microfilter (Internal Feed) is suitable for solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater, capable of removing suspended particles larger than 0.2mm. Contaminated water is evenly distributed through a buffer inlet into the rotating mesh cylinder. Retained contaminants are discharged from the opposite end via the rotation of the cylinder and internal sludge-conveying spiral, while filtered water exits through the mesh gaps.
The rotary microfilter utilizes filtration principles to recover fibers, large particles, or suspended solids from wastewater. Employing a 0.5-3mm gap filtration process, it represents a mechanical filtration method suitable for maximally separating minute suspended solids present in liquids. Achieving solid-liquid separation, microfiltration differs from other methods by employing an exceptionally fine-pore filtration medium. Leveraging centrifugal force generated by the rotating screen, it maintains high flow rates with low hydraulic resistance while capturing suspended solids, achieving removal efficiencies as high as 90%.
